It is a Automatic Tunnel Type Continuous Deflashing Machine which is specialized in deburring big thermoset products. It consists of three self-sufficient deflashing cabinets which in total has six turbines which ensures the largest abrasive projection speed and achieve highest efficiency.

The transportation of such thermoset products is a straight line as moving on a belt, which ensures the integrity of those products as getting rid of scuffing. The running speed of the belt can be adjusted as products need. Abrasives, blast by impellers rotating at high speed, hit on products all over. It can even deal with tiny holes where hand can hardly reach. Operator can adjust the deflashing rate and the speed of the conveying belt as products need.

Product Details:

This machine has a turntable provided with satellite tables having suitable fixtures for holding parts. As the turntable is indexed, parts are moved to deflashing station. At deflashing station satellite table rotates on its own axis and thus part on satellite table is deflashed. Deflashing guns throws out deflashing media on parts and due to impact blasting process loose flashes are removed. When preset deflashing time is over, program will automatically index the turntable and deflashed part comes out at unloading station where it is removed and new parts is loaded. The machine has deflashing media recycling system, reclaimer, dust separator, dust collector, anti-static spray system, turntable drive and speed control mechanism as in-built part. Control panel can be supplied with PLC arrangement on choice.

This machine is ideal for deflashing parts with intricate areas, parts made with PA (adding 40% or more glass fiber), PPS, LCP, PBT, PET and other thermoset products like bakelite, BMC, SMC etc.

Product Details:

It is a Indexing Table Type Deflashing Machine. It is ideal for medium to large products made from PA (with more than 40% glass fiber, PPS, LCP, PBT or PET. Thermoset products such as bakelite, BMC, SMC are also applicable. It also deals with large zinc-alloy products and other alloy castings.

The deflashing process is simply as below. Firstly, products are fixed on a gripper which locates outside a resolving door. The door turns exactly at 180 degree driven by motor and sends the products to designated position in the blasting room. Products will rotate themselves as driven by rotary motor. Meanwhile, 12 guns throws out nylon shots bumping into products. When deflashing time is up, the door automatically indexes out those finished products and at the same time indexes in products to be deflashed. It is quite an automatic circulation system.Customer can choose computer control or manual control. As for computer control, one press only can start the whole system and achieve continuous deflashing.
